I design individual training regimes for each of my clients, taking into account their current fitness and their goals.

I provide all necessary equipment: dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, stepper and bench. I also teach exercises where you use your own bodyweight.

The plans target mobility, strength, toning, shaping and bodyweight management, abdominal and core work, to improve fitness, build muscle and bone density, and improve joint stability and flexibility.

The fees for my training sessions are:

  • £40 for 60 minutes
  • £55 for 90 minutes
