Important information for indoor sessions
I am fully-vaccinated against Covid 19.
I will wear a mask for indoor sessions, should you request me to do so.
If, having booked a session, you feel at all unwell, please do cancel your appointment. You will not be charged.
If I feel unwell, I will cancel the appointment and prioritise a new booking once I am well again.
Hand sanitation is required throughout the session.
The massage room is spacious and well-ventilated.
My flat is located in Bayswater, London W2, in the UK, not far from the Whiteleys Building, the Porchester Centre and the large Bayswater Waitrose.
It is on the 3rd floor, with no lift.
I am usually available 7 days a week between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Nearby Tube Stations are (nearest to most distant):
Paddington Mainline and Underground Stations, including the Elizabeth Line, are also within walking distance.
There are several local bus routes passing nearby, including 7, 23, 27, 28, 31, 36, 70 and 328.
Parking:
I regret that I am not able to offer showering facilities. I'd be grateful if you attended sessions freshly showered.
Clean towels and cleansing wipes are provided.
For yoga sessions please wear comfortable clothing, and for personal training sessions please wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear.
I provide complimentary spring/filtered still water, fruit juice, fruits, snack bars and sweets.
Outcall massage, yoga and personal training sessions may be possible. Fee to be discussed.
Outdoors yoga and personal training sessions are also an option.
For those unable to meet with me for sessions in London, I offer online support, via email, WhatsApp and / or telephone calls, covering the full range of my services.
Although at a distance, I can help you attain your goals and maximise your wellbeing.

I can receive cash payments and online bank transfers. I always make sure I have change available.
Couple / group sessions for fitness training and yoga can be arranged. The location and fee to be discussed.

An individual fitness and wellbeing programme is offered with all my services and can be tailored to achieve specific goals.
Further advice is offered for nutrition, bodyweight management and gym machine exercises as required. The programme includes consultation, review, after care advice, lifestyle advice and recommendations. Additional time will be made for this service at no extra cost.

I may be available for Holiday Retreats (for singles, couples or small groups) with an agreed combination of massage, yoga, and / or fitness exercise at your resort. Detailed arrangements and fees to be discussed.

Some days I am involved in filming mostly as a "Supporting Artiste". This means I am usually an extra in the background. Sometimes I am featured and have one or two lines. It's fun and my hobby. It helps my body and hands to rest and recover from my work as a therapist. I find it re-energises me and enables me to deliver a quality service to my therapy clients.
