I am able to give advice and support in managing your diet and weight. I draw up a realistic and achievable individual nutrition programme, based on discussion with you and targetting your individual goals. I then offer on-going support to guide my clients in achieving their goals.

The nutrition plan includes:

      managing portion sizes

      effective weight loss strategies, avoiding fads and foibles
      nutrition for exercise and sports
      reading food labels and recipe modification
